Counties

Access East is the Network Lead for the Northeastern North Carolina Region. This region consists of the following 9 counties: Beaufort, Bertie, Chowan, Edgecombe, Halifax, Hertford, Martin, Northampton and Pitt. We have partnered with Human Service Organizations in each of these counties for the delivery of the non-medical services (food, housing, interpersonal violence/toxic stress and transportation) to eligible Medicaid Managed Care enrollees.
